It is with sadness that I inform you Perceptive Eye Care is closing. The last day of practice will be December 11th, 2017.
Although Visionworks Dublin has been steadily growing with your support, the Visionworks Columbus market did not perform well. Therefore it was a corporate decision to close most stores in the area. Therefore I have no choice but to close the practice.
It is very important that you make arrangements as soon as possible to select a new optometrist to make sure you receive uninterrupted medical care. Please contact your medical plan to obtain a list of physicians in the area who are eligible to become your physician.
It has been a pleasure serving my patients and coming to a job that I love.

Primary eye care includes a comprehensive vision and eye health examination. This examination is designed to detect a wide range of eye health problems from glaucoma to retinal disease.
The American Optometric Association recommends that all people should have a periodic, comprehensive eye examination every one to two years depending on one’s particular eye health and needs. Many general health disorders such as diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as effects of medications warrant having more frequent examinations. A dilated pupil examination allows us to provide the best assessment of eye health for all new patients, and on a scheduled basis thereafter. It is recommended for all new patients and on a scheduled basis thereafter.
To assist the evaluations for eyeglass prescriptions, peripheral vision, intraocular pressure, and eye health, we incorporate computerized technology. Such instruments are used to supplement, not replace, personalized care.
